Priya Yoga
Priya Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga which aims to strengthen your body, mind and determination, stretch your muscles and support flexibility and easiness of the body. Together with deep and conscious breathing your mind calms own and with relaxation your energy may flow more freely. A comforting sense of well-being and happiness, along with the accompanying physical benefits, are experienced, soon after beginning to practise yoga.
heart.beat offers open yoga sessions to practise in a group and private yoga sessions which are personally and individually adapted to your needs and desires.
Yoga @ Ooom Studio
The Ooom studio provides the perfect atmosphere for yoga in a beautiful building close to the heart of Vienna.
When: every Wednesday, 7pm until 8.30 pm
For whom: everyone from beginner to advanced level is welcome
Where: Ooom Yoga Studio, Studio 2, Engerthstraße 151/Loft 1.2 (brick building, entrance in the yard)

Running & Yoga may be combined with coaching sessions.
Creative Yoga
Creative Yoga offers the possiblity to bring in your creativity and individuality to design your own yoga sessions – so “everything is possible”! All group participants are invited to spontaneously suggest ideas and excersises that would be suitable for them and the rest of the group, which help to enhance well-being and above all are fun.
The aim is to foster creativity, spontaneity and to let go in order to be able to engage in something new. It also helps to combine the experience of enjoying the work and relaxation.
Creative Yoga may be booked as a group of people (max. 10 people) who already know each other or individually (max. 10 people per group).
Meditation
Meditation is one of the most effective methods to calming your mind and thoughts, which leads to inner peace, balance and relaxation. Meditation cannot be taught, it comes through regular practise by itself.
heart.beat shows you the principles of how to meditate and creates the right conditions to cultivate the practice of meditation. For people who are striving for inner peace and self realisation, meditation provides an ideal way to come closer to this goal.
