Sonja has gained 9 years hands-on experience in management positions in marketing, customer management and business development with international market-leaders companies such as Unilever, ONE GmbH and sms.at mobile internet services GmbH. In the past 5 years, she developed expertise in establishing new business segements, strategy, team and organisational development, leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

Sonja has benefited from a strong international education and career which earned her a key management role in the headquarters of sms.at in Milan. Her direct business experience is underpinned by a Masters in International Management (CEMS) and Masters in Coaching and Organisational Development as well as a Trainers certification. Being an enthusiastic endurance athelete and qualified Hatha Yoga teacher she aims at sharing these passions with her customers too.
